Product Description

 

1.Machine body: all made of A3 steel plate welding, after welding box body using vibration aging treatment welding stress;

2.Four spindle assembly: the bearing house assembly in the form of modules, the bearing house is assembled on the box body as a whole, the drive shaft adopts the middle double support, the form of load at both ends, easy to install and disassemble the whole bearing house, installed at both ends of the box body, bearing imported bearings;

3.Transmission part: the motor and axis A are driven by high-efficiency triangle belt, and the rest are driven by arc tooth belt;
4. Tension wheel group: the tension wheel is controlled by cylinder, and the surface of the tension wheel is wear-resistant.
5. Meter wheel group: meter wheel surface supersonic spray tungsten carbide, hardness HV1300. Preset electronic meter, meter accuracy up to one thousandth;
6. Foot inch mechanism: in threading, with the foot step down the inch mechanism can facilitate threading;
7. Line guide wheel part: divided into 4 grooves, used for casting, with anti-jumper device;
8. Cone pulley, speed wheel: surface wear-resisting treatment;
9. Drawing die frame: welded with thick steel plate;
