High carbon wire surface treatment borax sand

The borax coating, drying unit is suitable for medium/low carbon steel wire's surface cleaning, borax coating and drying after oxide skin removed. That can make wire smoothly go into the straight line wire drawing machine

1. Description:
    PS-GB-3.5 Clean, borax coating, drying joint unit is the whole stainless steel structure. It combines the hot water washing, first-time borax coating, second-time borax coating and hot wind drying, centrally installed on the steel rack.

    The processing wire rod go through the working tank, the working tank is composed of cleaning and borax coating part. The shell is stainless steel double insulation box structure, pump the medium from the liquid storage tank to the working tank, and then flow to the liquid storage tank through bottom, form a closed cycle.

    Wire first passes through the cleaning tank, circulation hot water, through a dedicated high-speed nozzle, clean the residue material attachments on the surface of wire, also preheating the wire and then go to the borax coating tank.

     The inlet of borax coating tank is bypass the wire and liquid by the isolation board, make them into the upstream direction, so that the surface is sufficiently coated with boron solution. In order to increase the thickness of the boron coating film, after the first coating, through an airbrush which is isolated borax solution, and go to the second borax coating tank. Similarly, go into the hot wind dryer after isolated airbrush. 

     Hot wind dryer is a double insulation sleeve. After the electric tank air is heated, send to the insulation pipe by a blower and return to electric heated box at the other end of the pipe, realize hot air circulation.
